Highly recommend this nursing home. My mum has been there a fair while. The staff work tirelessly to create a safe, clean and caring environment. The whole place, including residents rooms are always super clean and sanitised. Kudos to all the staff. I wish I could remember the name of the guy carer who is always there for mum, always going over and above - Thank You
Have a loved one living here for the last 3 years. They have good infection control protocols and did very well during the various Covid waves. On the flip side there are too many temporary/ Agency nurses and PCA's.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone has been great walking us through all the paperwork. The facility is lovely and clean with lots of things for residents to do.
Spent 40 minutes in a telephone queue waiting to speak with someone re purchasing a double accommodation package. Gave up.
Such A Beautiful Place for People in Aged Care and such A Lovely Place to visit no matter what part of Brassall Village you go to. When we perform here it is full of Vibrant and Caring Staff. Wonderful People who call it Home with so many stories of Their History that they love to Remember and Share. I absolutely Love visiting here with the 60's and Better Concert Party and Proud to be A Part of this Wonderful Group...Regards Colleen.
