This facility is one of the worst I've visited it's old and unkept, the older nurse I encountered must of been having a bad day, I feel sorry fir the residents.
Called to ask if I could talk to my Mother as her phone was not working. The staff were very obliging and friendly. As I had retired from being in Aged Care it was important to me that she was being looked after.
Don't know about the company, but I just experienced a really dangerous driver using one of their cars. Undertakes me whilst I was trying to over take a truck, whilst keeping my distance from the car in front due to the Chevrons, this lady squeezes in and tail gates the car in front. I flash her once due to how dangerous it is, she then over takes the truck, slows down for me to catch up and then tries to swerve me off the road. After that they tried to yell at me through their car doing 110kph on the motorway. Crazy! If this company's driving standards are anything like their care standards I would avoid like the plague. I got a friend who I was on call with at the time to jot down the rego plate of the car so I may pass this further up the chain.
This is a good facility for aged residents who need & deserve respectful & friendly care & support. Families are welcome and regular visits are encouraged. If you can play piano, bring your music to entertain your loved ones on one of two pianos; a few other residents are sure to join in as well & will appreciate you sharing your talent.
The staff there were so cheerful and welcoming. They all have this spirit of one happy family that's magnetic. I love their diligence
