Extremely positive staff. Very caring for residents and visitors. Great atmosphere that all other retirement villages should adopt.

When your loved one passes away and nurses know that and go thought the room helping themselves to tv and DVD player and the movies and so lame to say to the family members you can’t take them they belong here that’s a load of lies and got proof of purchase and etc and the nurse is very rude to you as you lost a family member you have loved or care about .. and other personal belongings and these nurses getting away with steeling as no way I put a family member in this care very dishonest nurses and place the. Police will be looking in to this so pray you be fired... care for them not murdering them and stealing from ppl.. very upset 😡 and also swapping funiture from the owners one for an different one.. and jewellery and what’s else the nurses can find they keep ... or give it to someone else... still stealing as belongs to the family members or loved ones nurses should not steal.. As we know what that loved one had before going into there we not stupid as got proof of purchance as got them on record when buying them from company’s keep records. As got a copy of proof of purchase... the nurses should be under supervision by a top boss as this should not happen going to the police... return them back to the family member.. going to report this to tv company and newspapers this is very upsetting and disgusting behaviour from the nurses or careers .. I never put a family member to these places .. cruel place this is.....
