My grandpa has been at Bernard Chan for four months now and it's been a lovely experience. We have heard horror stories about nursing homes before and were nervous when he required the transition however he reports receiving high quality care from all the support staff and health practioners. During visits all the staff are good humoured and highly professional. Thank you so much.
