Will never recommend anyone this organisation, poor services, very dogie management. trust me families. its not what you seeing when its come to care.

My father in law was placed in this aged care facility for the last six months of his life. They seemed to be suitable at the beginning, one- two months before his passing their care delivery & communication was quite poor. He had gangreine in his toes which had not been treated or reported to the doctor. His clothes were always missing or smelt quite bad. He rarely had water at reach. He had quite severe bruising on his back & side that had not been reported to us the family or to the doctor. He was screaming & in a lot of pain when he got sent to the hospital, which was his last destination. Not sure many of the staff members really care. Will not recommend this facility to anyone for their relatives. Not trustworthy.

My mother had been placed into palliative care and was admitted at the last stages of her life to Bene. The staff were truly supportive and very caring, ensuring her last days with us were as comfortable as possible. Thank you Bene Campbelltown!
