My dad stayed at this nursing home until he pass away, during those time, they looked after my dad very well and always very friendly with us when ever we visited dad
Activities for residents’ well-being are implemented consistently. Management are very supportive and accommodating.
Wonderful care for our nan! Whilst the past few weeks has been challenging given the wider increased number of community covid cases, the team at bankstown terrance provided wonderful care and covid management to our nan. The management is great, they have kept all the other residents safe and staff safe. They answer to all our questions and concerns.
Looks nice building from outside but work environment is absolutely ridiculous. They hires worker from mostly 3rd world country and enslaves them so badly.terrible
Staff are wonderful, caring and proactive in connecting with residents. Atmosphere, lounges and bedrooms are lovely and kept very clean with the feeling as a home. A very safe environment of loved ones.
