Nice calm Home located in beautiful beach area
Aurrum is a great organisation to work for. The organisation has strong policies and procedures to work within. The care home is 53 beds set in a bush like setting and not far from the Beach where most residents know each other - friendly homely atmospher. It is an amazing team at Norah Head, everyone / all departments work together optimising resident choices and care. I would not work any where else and have been at Aurrum over five years.
The newly refurbished home is a delight. The team are very caring and it is a beautiful location.
My family & I had a great experience with Aurrum @ Norah Head. Our 95 year old mother came up from the Northern Beaches in Sydney & spent 4 weeks in respite there.The atmosphere is friendly & caring & we all felt very comfortable coming & going. The whole facility is a great credit to Karen, the manager, & her staff & reassuring in light of so much negativity about aged care . Bernadette
