Absolutely wonderful facility! Staff are very caring, helpful and professional towards both family members and residents. I've always left with a smile from the way my gran in treated and from the comments my gran says to me about the staff, without a doubt Arcare Helensvale has definitely changed our perspective on the stigma about aged care facilities💯
You might have nice facilities but the empathy and caring of your residents leaves a lot to be desired! You should take some training from Holy family nursing home Nsw, residents are treated like family not just a client.
Absolutely shocking, don't trust your loved one with these people, I wonder why my previous 2 reviews have been deleted always manipulating anything that might show the truth
