Absolutely nowhere near the 5 star service they claim. - Serving cold food to the residents who wait for the second food service! - Unhealthy food for elderly that should be given nourishing food. - Food is beyond tasteless! - Staff complain about moving residents around the facility for leisure activities despite it being part of their role. - Staff tell residents not to bother speaking up to make a complaint as it ‘won’t do them any good’! - Staff that shouldn’t be in a carers role that treat residents like they are numbers, and management saying they can’t do anything about it. DON’T send your loved ones here! Appalling!
My mum was 93 when she passed away on 4th Nov. Last 3 years she was in care in this facility. Awesome care and attention with not a single complaint from anyone in our family during this time. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't even give them one star but had no option. Appalling facility and appalling management.The way they treat the residents is disgusting. This place should be closed down.
