Place is a horrible experience if first timers to find
the man who answers the phone is rude and inconsiderate! i cannot understand how he holds a job at your facility when he hold no people skills or kindness! i was given the wrong number and was treated horribly by this man, a simple sorry i think you’ve been given the wrong number will do i work in aged care facility and i tell you right now over my dead body would i recommend your facility with people like that working there!
I cannot rate more highly the nursing home in Saratoga Road, Elizabeth East. Andrew on the receipt desk is so welcoming and a great friendly efficiency face for this home. All staff are happy, caring and kind. The food is fabulous, the decor is new and spotlessly clean and the rooms all have updated ensuites. All the gardens have been newly landscaped. It is more like a hotel than nursing home. My mum loves it and so do we as her family. Thank you Anglicare
This nursing home is a wonderful home away from home; full of caring and very friendly staff; SECOND TO NONE.
My sister is in this nursing home. Staff are great. It is clean and modern. My sister is full of praise for the staff, food etc. I would recommend.
