Advantaged Care Edensor Gardens has exceeded my expectations with the quality of care they are providing my Mum. The facility is clean and spacious with beautiful gardens to explore. The Nursing staff and office staff are extremely caring, attentive and compassionate. The rooms are beautiful and It didn’t take mum long to settle, make friends and call it home.
Lovely place and facilities, my Mum came to stay in February 2022, she is very happy with activites they have and the bus outings. With Covid around there has been a few issues but they have been dealt with pretty quickly. Only complaint is the food , heard a few people staying there that the food is very bland under cooked and taste like canned spaghetti and not nice to eat, hopefully this will be rectified as its a beautiful place to stay and I want mum to enjoy staying there
Lovely facility. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful gardens with many places to sit outside with family. The staff are attentive and friendly. The meals are quality, home cooked. My friend does enjoy the food.
Feeling blessed to have both of my Grandparents staying in such a beautiful environment! The staff are all exceptional carers who go above and beyond! My grandmother who doesn't really understands well in English has a beautiful bond with one of the carers (Deepak) she looks forward in seeing him especially when he paints her nails and toes and brushes her hair as she can't do her self, they would have a laugh or two with my Grandfather Deepak always seems to cheer my grandmother up when she's feeling down. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who needs care.
This was my father’s first time staying in an aged care home under respite care & we did not know what to expect. However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff & nurses were extremely helpful, accommodating & caring. Not only with my family but most importantly with my father. I would not hesitate to take him back there whether under respite or as a permanent resident. We were very happy with our experience & would like to thank the wonderful team.
