ACH Group West Park Residential Services

West Park is a residential aged care facility in Goolwa, South Australia, designed to accommodate 60 residents. It features 25 standard high and low care places, 24 secure memory loss places for those with dementia, 10 low care one-bedroom cottages, and 1 respite place.

The facility was established in 1989 and renovated in 2001, maintaining its original design.
