Village Baxter Manor

The Manor Suites is an aged care home with 60 suites spread across four internal houses, each accommodating 15 residents. Each house has private lounge areas with high-quality armchairs. The facility features several amenities including a formal lounge with a fireplace, dining room, library, drawing/craft/activities area, and a gymnasium. It is designed with two large courtyards featuring gardens and pathways, alongside a play area for young visitors.

Security measures include nurse call points, key-coded access, and security cameras. One house is specifically equipped with secure keypad access doors for residents needing memory support. All suites come partially furnished with electric beds, over bed tables, and lockable bedside chests. Residents can dine in a communal dining room designed to replicate a restaurant atmosphere to help maintain family connections.
