A beautiful place to look at,a shame about the nasty management and staff.bullying is promoted here by the boss and allowed by staff.so much staff turn over since new boss started,says alot.be prepared to work hard for pittance and be treated like absolute garbage. Very very poor workplace.
Don't know what it's like to live there but applied for an aged care position and they never kept in touch regardless so kind of shows what the management is like
My mother's friend has become a resident here and it seems like a really nice place where the staff really seem to care and interact with the residents.
My mother worked there quite afew years ago..the only decent workers according to her were Pam Birch and a lady called "Peachy" not sure if its a nickname or ehr real name though
