How can we express the gratitude we have for the team at Lourdes. There are no words that would be adequate. Our Dad was treated with kindness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will be forever grateful for the kindness they showed us and Dad.

My mother recently had two stays in the transitional care program. All staff were professional, courteous and helpful to me as a visitor. Their facilities and care for my mother were very good and she recovered well under their care and is now back in her own home

Absolutely disgusting and some staff are very rude and abrupt. I know it’s an old building but my elderly mother is in there and her room is filthy dirty. We are not in a 3rd world country 😢

Disappointing that the staff need to post 5 stars just to bring the ratings up. Unsure how SVCS is going currently, but 2 yrs ago it was disgusting. It may have improved now. No point to these reviews however, if they are not a true example of the opinion of the Residents and their families.

This facility has the best staff who are very attentive and go out of their way to make their residents both permanent and respite care, feel very welcomed, loved and respected. Our recent experience of care given to our elderly parents leaves us feeling, we could not wish for a better place for loved ones. I would be very happy to recommend this facility to anyone looking for a Aged Care.
