Overwhelming stench of urine as soon as you enter the facility. So easily to get lost within the facility. The home is really old and outdated. Small rooms and not aesthetically pleasing.
My mother has been at this nursing home for the pass 10 years the staff there are very good. Would recommend anyone to go there.
Rate this aged care facility as 5 star, the care and attention my parents recive is of high quality food and facilities, activities are excellent, any requests that have been made were acted on promptly. Highly recommended.
My name is Añna, my mother has been in the seven Hills nursing home for the last 41/2 years she is now in palative care .Today we all thought it would be her last all the nurses and staff provided the best care for mum and support to us all. We can not thank them enough. Mum is still here getting spolied and loved by the nurses .
My father is in the ECU section and I have no complaints about the care he gets. While dad says the food is getting lower in quality, the meals I had there have been great. There is exceptional staff there. And once they sorted out the medical and behavioral issues dad had that caused his falling over he has been a lot more relaxed and suprisingly more active (compared to the previous year).
