Staff are very nice and trying their best given everything going on in the world today. Lack of staff at all levels on the best of days. Virus has decimated staff levels to below critical. Staff follow covid protocols to the letter. Which is fine. Keeping the more vulnerable safer. Rooms are comfortable. Whole site is getting modernised electronically. Food is good and varied. Outings are good and enjoyed when allowed. Activities available on site. Satisfied and pleased with this retirement home and living standard and treatment of our relative.
