Beautiful caring staff and wonderful management. I can't speak highly enough of the Rosebrook team and the care they provide each and every day. 5 Stars!
Rosebrook McKenzie is not capable of caring for residents with high care dementia needs, despite claiming that they can and being more than happy to take people’s money for high dementia care. I could go on and on about the issues at Rosebrook McKenzie, but please just think twice before sending anybody you care about there especially if they have dementia. You’ll be shocked by how quickly residents who come in walking and able to have a conversation with you are turned into zombies and how little the staff there care about their residents.
