Dad is well looked after, staff friendly, lots of social activities...no complaints
My mum has been there since November and they are very good with my mother's care and the lifestyle is always trying to brighten up my mum's day and the care coordinator is very helpful and friendly. Care workers are very attentive.
Senior staff treat employees and contractors (whose presence is only there to help the residents) with contempt. I wouldn't sentence an enemy to their final days there, never mind a loved one.
We have found the staff to be very caring and considerate of our family needs. The facilities are great and the location is very handy.
