The team at Resthaven have been amazing. I have had to manage my mothers care requirements from Melbourne and unable to go to Adelaide due to COVID border restrictions. The team at Resthaven have really helped myself and extended family feel supported and taken great care of my mother during her Respite stay at Craigmore. It is so difficult to know if you are making the right decision when you can only go off phone conversations and web reviews, so I can confidently share with anyone looking for care for a loved one that the Resthaven residential administration staff, the finance department, and the carers at Craigmore are fantastic. My mother has been so settled there, and they have always kept me updated and showed great interest in her as an individual. Definitely recommend.

my mother-in-law was placed here a few years ago the staff was very caring and right on top of the game she was an Italian lady that was very nervous the staff went out of their way to find out things to make her stay more relaxing very nice place to stay

Would just like to say that so far I am VERY impressed with the service provided. I am a carer of nearly 17yrs experience within the Nursing home sector. I was overwhelmed with having to look for a bed for my young Mother, whom I thought would not need a nursing home quite this soon. This is the nursing home that my Mother had her heart set on going into one day if needed. I was quite anxious as I was hoping that we could get her at least respite and hopefully a permanent bed in the VERY near future.This was all VERY sudden and VERY new to me and my mum. All in all the lady's that helped me were Extremely professional and very understanding. Very quick to respond and help where ever needed and within about 48hrs she was approved a Respite bed, so I was able to reassure my mum that all was going to be ok and give her the best news ever as she was very anxious and worried about where she was going to end up, which was not helping her health. This put a much needed smile on her dile for her to know not only did she get a bed but is at the home she has always said she wanted to go to if needed. That's the first major step out the way. A HUGE thank you to the lady's that made all this possible for my mum. She is stoked. Praise the Lord.
