The people at regis are nice area .the staff ring me up about peter.
The only way I can describe this facility is as 3rd world. Not enough care staff to provide adequate care, many uncaring staff and the rooms are dirty and smelly. Please don't have your loved ones stay here.
Grandfather frequently had belongings go missing here. Staff do the best they can. But aged care is hard. Smells like urine throughout.
