The Terraces, an aged care facility in Paddington, Sydney, opened in November 2017. It provides respite, residential, dementia, and palliative care. The facility includes a 23-bed dementia unit with a private garden and has bedrooms mostly equipped with an ensuite, a personal phone, and a Smart TV supporting Netflix and Foxtel.
In-house chefs use fresh, high-quality ingredients for meals. Professional care is provided around-the-clock by experienced staff and registered nurses. Each floor has recreational activity officers, and the facility offers mobile services such as a hairdresser, dentist, and optometrist. Additionally, there is a village bus for outings and gardens connecting to a local park.
Staff unqualified- mistreating patients then killing them off with impunity !
Nice place ,friendly staff, good environment, well managed
My friend whom I was visiting has improved remarkably since living there. Spotlessly clean. Staff courteous.
Terrible experience, services are horrible. ...Do not let your parents live here! Unprofessional Acting Facility Manager and the team. The place looks dirty and shabby. I would rate them a zero star for the review.
Great staff, very caring, very pleased we found this place for Mum.
