Great facility with home style cooking and person centred care
Visiting your loved ones, and to witness the staff on how they treat the residents with no respect, where is the dignity and empathy to the residents? The food being served to the elderly is appalling! No wonder the residents are loosing weight because they can't consume the food they are given. Entree being served as main meal terrible. Really SAD to see this. Management need to resolve the issue and retrain their AIN on respect, dignity and privacy. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm one of the visitors & I am happy to say that the staff of Pendle Hill Aged Care Facility are very friendly to both residents, their families & friends. This home is the right place for the best care of our loved ones.
