First time visitors, very helpful. It's very large, can be little confusing to leave but good see more signage inside. But l saw carers all maker sure residents are safe and care for. That l didn't mind chatting to resident as 11yrs in early education respectful, patience and conversation s helps in all areas of social and well-being.

The location is really beautiful and the staff are friendly
The team at Malanda OzCare have always been helpful and understanding. I've worked on the facility in a trade industry, and can say their presentation is genuine and the same whether it's infront of people, or behind closed doors.
