Nurses and Covid testers lovely but Head nurses dreadful. They talk about respect but where's ours. I fully understand Covid, BUT, by the time you have a test 3 times a day because you're in and out, not by choice, the free parking has well expired and that's not for a pleasant visit, that's running in and out getting things sorted. It's gone over the $80 mark. Disgraceful especially when you're on a pension. That's 2 weeks of food bill and even that's a stretch.

10 years ago. Pall care the worst experience of my life with a doctor lacking compassion for me and my mum. Took me this long to be able to comment. You r dealing with peoples precious loved ones.

There are very few nurses here who have compassion for their patients. Very depressing, and unwelcoming. The security at the door show more care than the nurses here. Patients are left to sit in their own urine for hours, and die with little to no dignity left. If you can avoid your loved ones being here, please do so.

Just pass by test on here.. they is not choice so waiting.. The job of healthcare workers testing is not easy.. Please don't complain and wait too long.. When you were having fun at the party, why didn't you think of your corrupt behavior.. Thank you all for your cooperation.. Cheer up medical staff ..

My father who has Parkinson's Disease was sent here for rehab after an urgent procedure at Knox Private Hospital over the road. We thought we'd lose him. After meds check, he was taken off seriously strong meds which prevented others working and now only takes pracetamol for pain relief. His Neurologist makes calls here too so it was very convenient. The staff organised all sorts of home help also. *Note Later we have tried to fet Dad back in here through Public system but there has been massive wait list. Something to consider if able to plan where to have procedures.
