My husband recently had a fall and I took him to the emergency department. The staff were very caring and attentive, particularly Camilla and Leah. Thank you so much for the great service.
I had the pleasure of being a guest numerous times this year , whilst recovering from back surgeries . I would like to say a big thank you to all the team here for looking after me so well . I felt like a VIP . It's such a fantastic facility and we are so lucky to get such amazing care locally . Thanks so much for letting me stay , so very appreciative . Kindest regards , Leza Thornton
I politely rang needing a doctor, I was quickly told ‘our books are closed’ when I enquired what that actually meant, I was spoken to as if I was uneducated; for those playing along at home - essentially they don’t take any new patients, perhaps the receptionist could use that as her sentence rather than ‘our books are closed’, it would save some of her precious time. I suspect she like the power the original statement gives her though. Very disappointing, especially within an industry that gives ‘care’!
