Very good
Fantastic services. Fantastic staff. Better than world-class-standard care for inpatients.
Be very careful before placing a loved one here, the advice and information given by staff was very misleading and inaccurate. Do not trust what they say to you, insure you get advice from financial experts
Would not recommend them as an employer - unrealistic demands, constantly changing priorities and focus, disorganised, do not value their staff. low staff morale and unsurprisingly have a high staff turnover.
Nice people and place but staff do not monitor room temps well nor do much to ensure the health of its residents.
Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is a lump sum accommodation deposit refundable at the end of stay.
No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
