Koh I Noor is a 38-bed aged care home located in Wembley, designed to resemble a domestic house with carpeted hallways adorned with artwork, air conditioning, and natural light. My mother was only here for a short time, but had complex needs that were met with skill and compassion. I found all the staff to be capable and caring people. Management is strong and the financial side of things was handled quickly and efficiently. I was very nervous about her moving into care, and we wanted her to stay at home for as long as possible, but it was immediately apparent that her care at Koh-I-Noor was superior to what could be managed at home.
My Nan has been in Koh-I-Noor for two years now. All of the staff are attentive, friendly and compassionate. Nan has always been handled with care and respect and I couldn’t be more relieved to have my Nan in their good hands. Thanks to the lovely Bridget and the incredible team!
Have always had good feelings of this place. It's clean and welcoming and they really look after the residents.
Wonderful staff and facility. My mum has special requirements and they are constantly trying to meet her needs
They stop the relatives of patients from seeing their loved ones if there is any concern about the health and well being of clients.
