Despite the regulatory limitations (insufficient staffing levels) this facility was doing a superb job. It was inspiring to meet so many smiling faces on the staff doing an often thankless and difficult task. Smile back at them please. You'd only have to see their serene faces assisting a helpless resident to understand how much love they expend each day. It would cost the owners very little to do something to boost their morale.
