Juniper Hilltop, situated within the Juniper Rowethorpe site in Bentley, accommodates residents in 58 single rooms each with an ensuite, organised across three wings. This facility includes several amenities: a large common lounge, four small sitting areas, two patios, a shaded area, a gazebo, a gym with regular wellness sessions, and a central activities room.

It also features an on-campus medical center, pharmacy, café, community center, and chapel. Additional services provided include no-cost bus outings, daily aromatherapy, and access to newspapers. Juniper Hilltop offers personal, clinical, allied health care, and lifestyle services.
