Great staff . Especially Tabitha with the red hair . She's very caring absolutely beautiful person . .
Much better than I thought. My dementia mum feels safe and is well looked after. My mum is difficult to please and get along with and generally doesn't take to people easily, but here she loves several staff saying how kind they are. They are like my daughters, she says 🤩😍. Staff are very multicultural and diverse which we love. Asians, indigenous islanders, Africans and the place is clean and spacious. Staff let the elderly do whatever is needed to make them feel calm and settled eg my mum hordes cutlery, plates and linen. When I visit it gets cleared it out. 😅
Incompetent Director of Nursing, only been out of training 2 years and it shows, badly trained incompetent staff, unwilling to take clinical advise from others, will always go for the cheapest option other than the right care, place has been under the watch of the Auditors for some time, this place has more holes in its care than swiss cheese. Do your relatives a favour and walk on by!
Worked there as an Agency for a shift, the other workers are very good, and the residents seem happy, would work there again!
