Fronditha Doesn't Care, extremely lazy workers who don't help. Their main priority is to avoid any type of work, this includes time wasting on everything. They keep more eye on the time, than they do on the patient!

As a neighbour from next door, I can't rate the service internally. But from the point of view of someone who lives next door, I wonder about the level of care. Constant screaming all night, it seems like the patients are left to fend for themselves, there is constant wailing and screaming all night, which keeps me awake constantly, can't fathom how it affects all the other residents. Have called the management regularly over the last few years, they don't seem to care.

I popped in for a quick tour and found the staff friendly and helpful. As I have not visited any other care facilities, it is hard to compare. But first impressions were positive and inviting.

Very dirty, the workers should be checking on the residents after they have used the toilets as they are filthy floors are wet it is a safety hazard very dangerous. Workers are very rude, they don't care about the residents they pretend to be nice in front of family's. Student's there learning should not be left alone without one of the workers they are there to learn not do the workers dirty work.
