Frederic House is an aged care facility specifically designed for male residents with a history of homelessness, mental health issues, and substance misuse. The home provides 24-hour nursing care with staff specialised in mental health and substance misuse. Each resident has a private room with an en-suite bathroom, heating, and ceiling fans.
The facility offers meals and caters to special dietary needs. Residents have the freedom to come and go, with the facility being locked only at night.
