The level of care and attention to detail was amazing. I could not have wished for anything more, but, most importantly my mother was so happy here. Thank you so much to all the staff for the wonderful experience you provided her.
Mum was only there for a short while but could not have had a better experience...thank you to all who were involved in her care.
This has been the worst place for my Nan’s final years she has been miserable and has been living in filthy conditions we have had an unwelcome experience in trying to communicate with head staff when the staff that are caring for Nan have tried to do their best.
