I worked AS assisstant nurse the staff extremely rude and unprofessional bad management I don,t want put my love there .
When I went with my partner to visit my mum (we were wearing masks), I was very upset to see that people are walking in on the weekend and not wearing a mask and have no intention of doing so, this a risk for all the residents that live there, including my mum (who was very ill before from Covid). There are signs all over the door and inside to wear a mask. They have already had outbreaks of Covid before there. They are very vulnerable people and Covid is serious. Think of others and follow what the signs say, wear a mask or don't come. 😷. I have been trying to contact the Supervisor regarding this problem and I have not heard back, I'm very disappointed.
Receptionist staff was extremely rude and obnoxious. The receptionist staffs need an going training for some professional improvement. I had been told off and me feel like a unworthy off going in there. I made aware I got pulled up and talked at like primary student and felt very humiliated and embarrassed about the whole ordeal.
It's okay for the aged and disabled
