The majority of staff have terrible bed side manner and severely lack care and empathy for both patient and family.

Staff can be overworked and negligent. The doctors are disgusting with no bedside manner. I have been turned away and gone to Mount Barker where I found out it was a life/death situation. I watched the staff verbally attack the ambulance officers because they took my sister here in an emergency rather than somewhere else. Apparently if they are slightly busy everyone gets turned away. Also some of the staff are so incompetent I believe its safer to go elsewhere.p

Don't go here, great nurse's, I went there twice and No doctors available!! If you do go, Make sure you have ambulance cover you'll need it!!!!!
