DISGUSTING. Grandpa was NOT GIVEN 2 nights of tablets and the rn nurse admitted to signing off on them and not giving them. He was told to shower himself and had a flannel thrown at him. He was not helped into bed and told it was a nursing home not a hotel whilst the woman watched him struggle, unable to get into bed. We have complained and they have been audited. Terrible facility with appalling carers.
