Very disappointed with the way my wife’s family has been treated after the passing of their mother. Very poor communication with the family at times ignoring emails and phone calls. At a time of grieving I would expect more understanding and transparency from a large experienced company in this industry.
Sadly the village has treated our grieving family with contempt, regarding the sale of our mothers unit. I am saddened to think how it treats others. No fair negotiation for buyer or seller.

A modern, stylish facility with upmarket units, secure parking, lawn bowls, great BBQ area, restaurant, library, bar etc etc. Also small gym with professional care. Short walk to shops, doctors practice and more.
