Carramar Hostel is a 40-bed residential aged care facility located north of the Swan River in Morley, owned by the City of Bayswater and operated by Juniper. It offers aging in place for residents whose needs can be met within the facility. The hostel consists of four houses, each with 10 bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms and a sitting room. These houses connect to a communal building that includes a main dining room, various offices, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a doctor's room, a hairdresser, and a lounge area.
Residents are encouraged to stay involved with both the village community and the wider community. The facility provides personal and clinical care, therapy services, and emotional well-being support, aiming to maintain a comfortable and supportive environment for its residents.
