Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean and functional facilities.
We were so disappointed that we couldn't actually go in, because our latest vaccinations weren't on our Medicare app as yet. Ggrr. The carer(Pam) was SO HELPFUL,Trying to get it on the ph for us. In the long run they brought our Aunt out to see us. So it ended well. In no way was Cape care at fault. It looks a very nice establishment.
My husband Brian and I have been very impressed with Cape Care's wonderful design for independent retiree apartments and have signed up for one on the second floor. The apartment design will allow us to live there very comfortably and we will be able to take most of the furniture that is most important to us. We have been ressured by the professionalism of the Cape Care representatives and also by the wonderful reputation that the Cape care organisation have earned from their many years providing aged care services in Busselton.
Our experience of getting our elderly parents into the upcoming Armstrong Village/Capecare, Dunsborough, has been very easy, smooth and professional. The staff are so helpful and kind. And our parents feel confident and supported which has helped them enormously in this big decision. We all feel like it is going to be the best decision going forward, for them to be in a beautiful place with lovely staff to nurture and care for them whilst being surrounded by the natural bush, only a stones throw from the beach ❤️
We are very much looking forward to our new home in an independent living apartment at Cape Care Dunsborough. Cape Care has been there for us every step of the way while we made the difficult decision in the first place and worked through the financial side. Our children are relieved as we will have a lovely home suitable for our needs, where we want to live, close to support and still in the community that is so important to us.
