I only hoped a person to find his way to see his mate. He had just been admitted.
Bit of an old setting but warm and inviting. Rooms looked clean and very little noise. Staff friendly. You will be given a rats test before entering.
Found staff very professional and courteous.
My mum is a resident of Millbank Aged Care Facility, a wonderful little community of elderly residents. The staff are respectful, awesome and caring and will contact me even if they've had to put a bandaid on mum for a scratch. I don't need to worry knowing mum is well cared for.
They take care of my father quite well.
