Neglectful, rude and unprofessional. If you are thinking of placing a loved one here, please reconsider. My late Grandfather was mistreated and clearly uncared for by the staff as he was always covered in bedsores! He passed away after falling out of his bed where he was left without medical attention for hours which resulted in a brain injury. This facility needs to be closed down.

Recently removed my father from the Dementia unit here. Don't know about any of the other wings though. A lot of the residents have had scabies for more than 18 months despite our nagging (yes unfortunately had to be one of THOSE families). The morning staff were lovely however the younger afternoon staff spent their time taking selfies in the nurses station, (this is what I saw more than a few times). Always around 8 or so dementia residents without supervision in the common area for lengths of time - not good. Falls never seem to be witnessed!! (possibly because there were no staff to witness it?) Residents were often made to sit on a couch that they could not get out of because they sank down too far - a restraint in my opinion. The facility manager always had an excuse when ever questioned over something.

My pop in law goes here. I don't know what the pricing is like(since his kids look after that), but aside from that he is well looked after and happy there. So that's all we can ask for. He's told us how friendly the staff are. And when we've visited we've seen it. The 1st time we went they even offered my husband and I a cup of tea while we sat in pops room. The 2nd time we went, he wasn't in his room and the staff were kind enough to help us search for him. They feed them quite decently too. Meat, vegetables, gravy. They have community areas where they can all just sit and chat. Movies are played for them and even a piano that they can use if any are musical. The area itself is also very pretty.
