Noisy, maintenance crew they leave a air compressor running over night all the time, there food smells like dog food, people screaming out loud of a night time like there trying to kill them, they have the most noisiest rear entrance, visitors park in front of our house and block our driveway all the time same with there worker's.Terrible place to put your folks in. 24/12/22 I have an update, The Food hasn't changed and all my old neighbours have sold up and moved away, and yes i did as well? Nothing Changed! There's no way that i would even consider putting anyone or thing in this dump...

Visited on many occasions. Well managed and serviced by a great team of friendly and helpful staff. Close to town facilities and even has it's own renowned cafe.

Autumn Lodge is far from the kind of place you would want your loved ones in. They need to catch up with the 21st Century and how care should be delivered - ongoing frustration with our experiences

Blue Gum Cottage an ideal place in a quiet street in Macksville. Attached to a retirement village it is frequented by visitors and locals.delicious Coffee, Cafe food etc. There are facilities to cater for meetings as well.
