My mother was at Auburn Glen for over 7 years. I can't praise the staff there enough. They truly loved my mum as part of their family and gave her outstanding care. I thank all the management and staff for all their care and compassion. Whenever we had any complaints or suggestions, management were always available to chat with you in regards to absolutely anything, were very friendly, warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything is second to none - service and care, even down to the food, recreation and the activities they do with the residents. Fantastic facility, a real hidden gem.
I would just like to congratulate all the people involved in the care of my Aunt and Uncle whilst at Opal Glen Lynn, Auburn. From the Admin Anne, through to the Doctor Roger and encompassing the staff including Tabita, Betty and the Kitchen and nursing staff, all these people have gone above and beyond in making my relatives feel wanted, appreciated and at home there. My relatives celebrated their Golden wedding anniversary there and as they were only admitted that week, it was astounding to see the party that was arranged for them to celebrate. Due to Covid, only one visitor was allowed and she had to maintain social distancing, but she couldn't speak highly enough of the care and consideration provided. My relatives are extremely happy there and to see their obvious inclusion in activities (photos were sent to me by Tabita)warms the cockles of my heart. I am positive that we have found the best place for them to see out their sunset years
A place where every staffs are dedicated towards making the families for the ones who left their home.. wish to see this place to grow more in providing better services as usual it has been giving. Lots of warm regards, Sanju

Very bad and unpolite behavior of front desk and reception. No manner to talk with visitors and asking purpose; very unprofessional.
