Felt like a number the whole way through the process. Demoralising and dehumanising.
Amazing, caring staff. My mother is very happy at Opal Ashmore, and my father visits nearly everyday. We are all incredibly grateful for all that Opal have provided for my mum and my family, and a special thank you to all staff and outside suppliers that were involved in the wedding vows ceremony held in the courtyard. It truly was a memorable day for everyone that attended.
Staff were great..treated the residents with dignity.
