my nana lives here after my grandpa passed away. i truly believe this facility is one of the greatest places on earth for aged care. the service is amazing and activities they offer are perfect. keeping the residents healthy and it’s amazing. highly recommend it for the elderly people of earth or even mars if we get that far in the future due to space exploration. i belive aliens exist, what about you? i love the thought that we are not alone. anyway i love aliens and arcare.
Rudest reception.
it's a beautiful accommodation with very poor level of care. Only suitable for low care residents, that can take care of them selves and make their own decisions. also only provide cooked breakfast twice a week. It's very expensive, but only offer 1 nurse for 32 residents during week day and 1 nurse for 64 residents All other times.
Mother recently died. She was one of the earliest residents at this facility. I have nothing but the highest praise for Arcare Parkview. It was a great consolation, in difficult circumstances, to know mum was in such good hands. In every respect this place was exemplary: care, management, communication, standard of the facility, flexibility. General attention to detail and quality at all levels was extraordinary. I would like to publicly thank all involved for the attention our mother received at Arcare Parkview. Especially in this time of so many dodgy operators in this area, Arcare Parkview stands out.
