Nice location and the building is well maintained. Food provided is very good. I have to say that the facility is extremely understaffed. Care staff are regularly unavailable due to them having to go an also prepare the food. Front reception not always attended as they are also expected to do other tasks. Shame to see in this day and age. I not only feel for the residents but also the staff having to juggle many roles.

For Mum to settle in so quickly and so well is testament to the 'above and beyond' level of care, support and friendship. We cannot thank you enough! The dreaded realisation that permanent care was needed has turned out to be a blessing and Mum's health has improved immensely and she is happy.

Our mum moved in here last June after she lost Dad a few years before. She is now so happy and busy - its just wonderful to see her like that. The food is fabulous and the staff are awesome, kind and caring. There is always so much for her to do - from sailing to Zumba! She is no longer lonely and feels like she belongs somewhere special. We are all welcome to join in with so much there and can take her out anytime - nothing is too much trouble. We no longer worry about her being alone.
