The nurses and carers were very friendly and caring, however, after telling the nurses many times to get a doctor for my mother, the doctor never came and Mum ended up going to FMC with severe pneumonia. My sister and I had pointed out several times that Mum’s breathing was not right. Mum died less than a week later. We need better care from doctors in aged care homes. It is not good enough that the nurses and carers had to make calls and send emails but still no doctor. Thank goodness for the wonderful Connie, Roman, Lyn and Pinky.

"All Hallows" AnglicareSA Westbourne Park is a beautiful facility for older people. They are well looked after by the dedicated staff & I have always found the staff to be very helpful. The food is exceptional - very tasty & nourishing. Thankyou for taking care of my Mother "All Hallows" Westbourne Park.

Team Night shift !! RNs & carers are amazing . I spend a lot of time as a agency nurse for Westbourne . It’s one of the very best & I have been too over 300 sites throughout Australia . Very disappointing too see recent reviews . I would be more than happy too have these QUALIFIED nurses & amazing carers looking after my own . Shout out too beautiful Cherry RN on night shift that I have had the pleasure of doing nights with recently . I have been a RN for many years and Cherry’s scope and knowledge and assessment skills are excellent . Extremely helpful and goes out of her way too ensure residents recieve the best possible care . Lavenia without a doubt is amazing as a senior RN on lates helpful and always willing too teach junior staff . It’s not easy being a aged care RN it’s absolutely not a easy job . I can’t think of one RN that would not want the very best care for residents in their care at WBP . Aged care nurses require a whole different skill set and are often working autoumously . Lyn , Martin , Amanda and all ENs go above and beyond . The care staff are always kind dedicated and friendly . We are all doing our very best under sometimes trying circumstances. More so recently with COVID. I am sure the public don’t see the care and dedication that goes on behind the scenes . They treat me as one of their own and I couldn’t recommend them enough . I am always welcomed and requested back . Team Westbourne 🌟🌟

I urge all families going Through this tough decision to look elsewhere and do not fall in love with the other false reviews or by the premisses or fake friendly staff at ANGLICARE WESTBOURNE PARK! After speaking to internal parties we found out this home does have a bad name! My grandpa was admitted with a whole history of his state and problems, we were told that after a “2 week assessment “ they would assure my grandpa would be put in the suitable ward- eg MSU. He was assessed by under qualified nurses and then the under qualified “boss” CHARIE whom only got this role 2 weeks prior (from interstate) said he had 7 days to find a new home (this was only 3 days after admission) as they didn’t have room. He passed away after leaving there care to go to hospital. His right foot was blue and freezing and toes sticking up and down , the nurse on duty diagnosed it by saying it was the air conditioner!!! What a joke! In actuall fact he had massive blood clots and his body was shutting down. Australia gives people work, but they fail to look after our own when the care is needed. He had a heart attack on there watch and was screaming out for help and nobody came! They were walking past his room like he was a caged animal crying for food! We didn’t expect miracles due to his age and deterioration of his health but we did expect him to get treated like a tax paying Australian. ANGLICARE WESTBOURNE PARK FAILED US! Please take note before you hand over your loved ones. There are better homes out there with better nursing staff and definitely better management. 2/10 not happy. RIP grandpa x we are sorry you had to go through this.

Like a posh motel. Great staff. Nice facility. Quiet and very open space. Residents and visitors are treated very kindly and it's like a big friendly family community.. Great coffee and snacks at their coffee shop.
