I have nothing but praise for everyone at Findon. My husband was cared for and looked after with so much kindness and dignity. Meals were good with plenty of variety. The staff treated him so gently and respectfully. He loved the staff and joined in happily and enthusiastically with the activities. To mention particular staff members would not be fair but some staff give 200% of their time to the well-being of the patients. Thank you everyone for making his stay at Ananda Findon as positive as it was. He passed four months ago and l remember fondly the respect everyone showed me as well as Allan. Thank you.
NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!! Awful manager, ridiculously rude, not at all helpful and very dismissive!!! Terrible organisation. Little to no care for the residents. Please DO NOT send your family members to this hell hole!!!!
I feel that the staff at Findon deserve a verry big pat on the back for all the hard work they do . The staff at Findon have created a verry warm friendly, family atmosphere here at Findon . They are always thinking of us and are ready to have a laugh and a joke with us to cheer us up , they go out of there way to make us feel happy and wanted . So I take my hat off to all of them ✌✌✌✌✌
I'm sure giving it 1 star says it all
I don't mind these guys, they're alright. The only thing they need to improve on is the cleaning of the dining area. The plastic table cloth wasn't looking healthy when I went there last.
