My mother in law is in that home if you really love your parents don't put them in there.😭 That home has broken us as a family. Current manager doesn't care. I unfortunately have to give them 1 star if I had my way it would be minus 5 stars. Basic hygiene is not met nurses rude, carer's, well what carer's. Royal commission is involved.. please please think twice, they have huge turnover of staff constantly, they don't follow instructions.carer"s complaining how long it takes to feed mum as mum has had a stroke she crys heartbreaking. .we could move her but the next place could be worse. So this is me pouring out my heart please think twice. About this place.
I visit life care as a support worker The staff are amazing, very supportive. Nice looking facility, food has improved and they have great activities staff. Nearly 5 star.
The place is well presented. But the RN's are rude and talk down on everyone. A nice place to visit but don't go there to live.
